Why Everyone Should Dive.

SCUBA diving has become a big part of my life, so I would like to share a few reasons why I think everyone should dive.

  • One of the only was to excercise that doesnt feel like excercise.

    • SCUBA diving on average can burn around 600 calories an hour!

      • While diving your body is having to constantly burn calories to keep you warm, and to maintain energy; making it a great way to have fun while getting in your daily cardio!


  • It’s a whole new world!

    • As terrestrial animals we humans dont get to spend much time exploring the oceans. Diving helps bridge the gap in our knowledge of what beauties our planet holds.

      • It’s not every day you get to hang out with turtles, rays, octopi, or even sharks…unless it is!

  • Community

    • Like many sports SCUBA diving will introduce you to very passionate people, people who absolutely love talking with other divers.

    • You are almost guranteed to make new friends that you will always have something that holds you together, the Oceans!

There are so many reasons you should dive, but I can’t make you. All I can do is encourage you to just get in the water, but once you do i promise you’ll thank me.
