Why Everyone Should Dive.
SCUBA diving has become a big part of my life, so I would like to share a few reasons why I think everyone should dive.
One of the only was to excercise that doesnt feel like excercise.
SCUBA diving on average can burn around 600 calories an hour!
While diving your body is having to constantly burn calories to keep you warm, and to maintain energy; making it a great way to have fun while getting in your daily cardio!
It’s a whole new world!
As terrestrial animals we humans dont get to spend much time exploring the oceans. Diving helps bridge the gap in our knowledge of what beauties our planet holds.
It’s not every day you get to hang out with turtles, rays, octopi, or even sharks…unless it is!

Like many sports SCUBA diving will introduce you to very passionate people, people who absolutely love talking with other divers.
You are almost guranteed to make new friends that you will always have something that holds you together, the Oceans!
